Life Care Center Idaho Falls, Idaho Falls, ID Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available. (EOE) Life Care Center of Idaho Falls offers a full spectrum of rehabilitation options, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology. These are provided through an interdisciplinary team on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Because rehabilitation is often a critical component of a patients care plan, we tailor our rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of the individual. Each therapist evaluates the needs of each patient and designs an outcome-oriented treatment program. Therapy may be scheduled multiple times throughout the day, 6 days a week. The goal is to help patients attain their max potential and restore the abilities and confidence essential to independent living.
